The United States legal system is really nothing more than a tool to assist a small percent of the population in getting away with breaking the law.
George Floyd, Patrick Lloya, and Francis Gigliotti were all killed by police. Some shot, some not. Some people, some people spend there entire lives working for things they'll never own. A great number of people will spend there entire lives in prison. The quality of life of virtually every american is greatly effected by the operational contexts of the american legal system.
In almost every case of police brutality there is a series of events that occur afterwards. You may remember hearing the words paid administrative leave. Every once and a blue moon they go to "grand juries". And more often than not they're found not guilty.
What if i told you that none of these things were actually what you were being told they are. If one person kills another person on the side of the road by suffocating, tazing, or shooting them within moments of screaming about some non existent legal requirement to roll down a window, what do you think should happen next? 1.) An in depth investigation in procedures and whether or not they were followed? Or 2.) an in depth look at how frequently and how to prevent people from getting killed on the side of the road.
If you chose 1.) there couldn't possibly be a reason for it. Furthermore there couldn't possibly be a reason that is what happens after virtually every police killing. And, it is certainly is not just a way to ignore the costs associated with violence. and i can assure you the police are not doing that intentionally and using it as a tool to intimidate and coerce people into giving them money. Think back to when you were five years old and saw police walking around the school with puppy dogs. They obviously weren't doing that to convince gullible kids into thinking they are there to protect the sick and the weak. That's just a coincidence. They just happen to be walking around kids with cool puppies because it's necessary. They're certainly not doing it to deceptively create a certain image of police in the minds of children.
So far, I've only mentioned violent crimes. Looking at practically any city or county, or even federal agency spending record any one with half a brain could tell you it really just looks like someone is falsifying financial records with the sole intention of making the accounting records look like less of fraud. Not even not look like fraud.
When you put all this together it looks like local governments are approving spending so they can embezzle it. Look at the programs they start. YMCA, local clubs that serve practically no legitimate purpose. Its a scam, the courts are there to help government officials pay for fraud. What do you possibly see that would indicate something else.
